2.1. Nature and purpose of data collected The Service is provided entirely free of charge, with no advertising model or subscription. The personal data collected is strictly limited to the information necessary for the creation and management of the User account. The Publisher guarantees that no personal data is assigned, sold, or exploited for commercial or advertising purposes. 2.2. Retention and Right to erasure User data is kept on the host's servers for the duration of the account's existence. In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the User has a right of access, rectification, and erasure of their data. This right is exercised autonomously: the User has the possibility of permanently deleting their account by contacting the Owner of the Service at the address "touch@hibiki.fi". This action entails the immediate and irreversible purge of all data and content associated with the profile. 2.3. Cookie Management The proper functioning of the Service requires the implementation of cookies on the User's terminal. These cookies are exclusively of a technical nature and have the sole purpose of maintaining the User's active session. Under Article 82 of the Data Protection Act and CNIL guidelines, these trackers strictly necessary for the provision of the service are exempt from prior consent collection. No audience measurement or advertising targeting cookies are used.

ARTICLE 3 - GENERAL CONDITIONS OF USE

3.1. User Intellectual Property The User retains all intellectual property rights and ownership relating to the content (itineraries, travel plans, notes, and uploaded media) created, edited, or stored via the Service. The Publisher claims no right, title, or interest over these personal works. In addition, the Publisher certifies that they have no technical or administrative access allowing them to consult the content of the User's travel plans or personal identifiers. 3.2. User Commitments The User undertakes to use the Service in strict compliance with the laws and regulations in force. It is strictly forbidden to use the Service to create, host, or share illicit content (in particular defamatory, insulting, inciting hatred, or constituting a copyright infringement). Furthermore, the User agrees not to use the Service to plan, facilitate, or coordinate any illegal activities. 3.3. Limitation of Liability The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". The Publisher strives to maintain continuous access to the Service but is under no obligation of result. The liability of the Publisher cannot be engaged in the event of: - Temporary or permanent unavailability of the Service (maintenance, updates, breakdowns, force majeure). - Loss, alteration, or destruction of hosted data and itineraries, whatever the cause (technical failure, hacking, software anomaly). - Inaccurate travel information, scheduling conflicts, closed venues, or missed transport. The Service is a planning tool, and the User is solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of their travel logistics. - Any direct or indirect damage resulting from the use of the Service. It is the exclusive responsibility of the User to take all appropriate measures to regularly back up their travel content by exporting it to their own storage media.
